Will you play songs that are not in your music library?
Yes, and if I do not have a song that you requested, I will obtain it for you at no additional charge.
- Will you provide a song list from which we can choose our music?
I will provide you with two song lists. The first is a suggestion list for your formality songs. This is a list of songs that are popular right now with the formality dances, cake cutting, garter removal, bouquet toss, etc. The second is our Top 200 Most Requested List. It would be impossible to make a list of songs from my entire library due to its size, but I will play any songs you request.
- Will you honor requests of songs that we do not want played?
Yes
Are there any extra fees for travel or set-up?
There are no set-up fees, but there are additional fees for traveling distances in excess of 90 miles.
- Do you take breaks during the event?
No.
- Do you have back-up equipment in the event of problems?
Yes
- What do we and/or the facility need to provide for you?
The facility will need to provide tables and electricity: either two 6- foot skirted tables or one 8-foot skirted table. Tell the facility you are having a DJ and they will set you up with what I need.
Is there anything else you would like us to know to assist us in selecting you over the other entertainment opportunities we are considering?
My past clients have said that I give them exactly what they want. This is your event, so I cater to your expectations. I will make suggestions based on my experience of what works well and what doesn't or what's "popular" right now, but ultimately it's your decision on ALL the details. You will be hard-pressed to find someone who loves this job more than I do and I believe it shows in my production and attention to detail.
